Smith World Global Health Refund & Subscription Policy

1. Overview
Smith World Global Health provides coaching, administrative support, and access to independent licensed medical providers. Because prescription medications are regulated products, strict pharmacy laws limit refunds and returns once medications have been dispensed.

Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

2. Prescription Medications & Pharmaceutical Products
All prescription medications and compounded pharmaceutical products are final sale once processed by the pharmacy.

Due to federal and state regulations:

Prescription medications cannot be returned.

Dispensed medications cannot be reused or resold.

Refunds cannot be issued after pharmacy fulfillment.

If your prescription is not approved by a licensed provider, you will not be charged for medication, and if payment was already collected, you will receive a full refund.

Experiencing side effects or adverse reactions does not qualify for a refund. If you have medical concerns, please contact your licensed provider through the patient portal. For emergencies, call 911 or seek immediate in-person medical care.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations (Before Fulfillment)
Orders move quickly once submitted.

Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately to [email protected].

Please note:

Cancellation is not guaranteed once medical review or pharmacy processing has begun.

If your order is successfully canceled before pharmacy fulfillment, a refund may be issued minus a $99 administrative processing fee.

No refunds will be issued once medication has been fulfilled by the pharmacy.

4. Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms
Many Smith World Global Health programs operate on recurring subscription cycles.

By enrolling in a subscription program, you agree that:

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

To avoid renewal, you must cancel at least 72 hours before your next billing date.

Cancellations may be made through your account portal under Manage Subscription.

If a subscription renewal is processed and then canceled before pharmacy fulfillment, a refund may be issued minus a $99 administrative processing fee.

Once medication has been processed or shipped, the order is final and non-refundable.

5. Mid-Cycle Cancellations
If you cancel during an active billing cycle:

You remain financially responsible for the full current cycle.

Your cancellation will stop future renewals only.

No prorated refunds will be issued for partially used billing cycles.

6. Important Regulatory Notice
Smith World Global Health does not manufacture medications and does not practice medicine. All medical evaluations, treatment decisions, and prescriptions, if appropriate, are made independently by licensed healthcare providers.

This policy is intended to comply with applicable pharmacy regulations and federal guidelines governing prescription medications.
